This is a full-time remote role for an Account Executive and Sales at MedBoard. The person will be responsible for helping the business growth, managing the high demand in demo requests, upgrades and requests, supporting agreements, customer relationships and account management. Work and sell a product that professionals love which has an exceptional retention rate.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Strong leadership and track record selling SaaS or sales experience.
- Experience in business development, account management or sales.
- A plus if you have experience in life sciences, especially in regulated industries such as MedTech or Pharma, and key regulatory processes in regulatory, clinical or PMS.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities through different methods, and recommendations from existing customers.
- Schedule and conduct meetings with potential customers to understand their needs, preferences, and concerns.
- Cultivate and enhance existing customer relationships and yield.
- Arrange and attend meetings with potential and existing customers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations on our products and services.
- Generate regular reviews and reports containing sales and financial data.
- Monitor customer performance, volume, and satisfaction.
- Represent the company at exhibitions or conferences.
- Passion to solve the problems aligned with the MedBoard mission.
- Strong system design and problem-solving skills, we often deal with the “unknown”.
