Role- Multi skilled machinist role
Location Based close to Lowestoft, Norfolk
Working hours Monday to Friday 7.30 4.30pm + overtime
Pay rate Paying up to Β£22.00 per hour + overtime.
Capacity of role Temporary to Permanent position
We are seeking a multi skilled machinist to join our clients workshop within this exciting new opportunity
Candidate will be ideally be an experienced machinist who has worked with various machinery and practises.
Main duties will include
- Working from engineering drawings to input correct formulas to create customer product range
- Using a number of machines inclusive of milling, turning and manual equipment
- Following and working to strict and tight tolerances to ensure a right first time approach is adhered.
- Using a multitude of hand and power tools to fulfil customer orders
- Reporting any defects or issues to management onsite
- Working as part of a team and supporting them to fulfil orders within a timely manner
Candidate attributes
- Experience working with various machinery in a workshop setting
- Excellent attention to details skills
- Full driving licence due to the location is required
- Good communication skills both written and verbal.
