As a Flexi Bank Educator at N Family Club, your role will be centered around supporting the development of children in a dynamic and adaptable environment. You will be required to work with children across all age groups, adjusting your approach based on the developmental needs of each group. Also be comfortable with flexible working hours and shift patterns as per the needs of the nursery. And play an active role in fostering the growth of children in various aspects—social, emotional, cognitive, and physical. You\’ll engage with the children in learning activities, ensure their safety, and support their individual developmental milestones.

Key Responsibilities

• Cover in our nurseries when we need you, being flexible on start and end times of your shifts
• Be responsible for the delivery of our \’learning through play’ educational ethos
