What it means to be a Flexi Bank Educator at N Family Club…

As a Flexi Bank Educator at N Family Club, your role will be centered around supporting the development of children in a dynamic and adaptable environment. You will be required to work with children across all age groups, adjusting your approach based on the developmental needs of each group. You should also be comfortable with flexible working hours and shift patterns as per the needs of the nursery. Additionally, you will play an active role in fostering the growth of children in various aspects—social, emotional, cognitive, and physical. You\’ll engage with the children in learning activities, ensure their safety, and support their individual developmental milestones.

Once a military cadet centre, now a hub of creativity and curiosity—our 148-place N Wimbledon nursery is a stunning space where children thrive! Just a 3-minute walk from South Wimbledon tube with excellent transport links.

Inside, 11 spacious, light-filled playrooms and a dedicated atelier spark endless imagination. Outside, our enclosed garden is built for adventure, with messy play zones and a special baby area for outdoor learning—an essential part of our N Curriculum.
