About The Role

• Location: Element House, Ring Road, Lower Wortley, Leeds, LS12 6AB
• Temporary Contract

Responsibilities – But Not Limited To

To support the credit control team in a variety of administration jobs including:-

Tasks

• Monitor and Maintain Portals: Ensure that all the correct documents – Credit Notes and Invoices are uploaded into the portals to get customers’ payments in due time. Perform customers’ accounts reconciliations where needed. Address any customer queries or issues promptly and provide guidance on best practices. Chase PO or PO uplifts where needed.
• Manage User Access and Permissions: Ensure that the users who need it have the appropriate access levels to the customers’ portals , including setting up new users, modifying existing user permissions, and deactivating accounts, as necessary.
• Generate Reports and Analytics: Create and distribute regular reports on credit control activities, such as outstanding debts, payment histories, remittances. Use portals to identify trends and provide insights to the credit control team.
• Provide User Training and Support: Offer training sessions for new users and ongoing support for existing users to ensure they can effectively use the portal.
