We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to support daily maintenance and repair activities within a manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background, basic electrical knowledge, and experience maintaining industrial equipment.
This role will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and performing preventative maintenance on a variety of production machinery.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform daily maintenance and repairs on building and production equipment.
- Troubleshoot and maintain forging presses, saws, trim presses, CNC machines, air compressors, blasting machines, and other industrial equipment.
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs to minimize equipment downtime.
- Perform preventative maintenance tasks to support equipment reliability.
- Assist with basic electrical troubleshooting and repairs.
- Inspect equipment, identify potential issues, and recommend solutions.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
- Support additional maintenance tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Mechanical maintenance experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment.
- Basic electrical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot electrical components.
- Experience maintaining industrial machinery such as presses, CNC equipment, compressors, or similar equipment preferred.
- Ability to use hand tools and maintenance equipment effectively.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize maintenance tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
