Linkby is a global VC-funded adtech business that connects both established and emerging D2C e-commerce brands with the world’s largest publishers – including The Daily Mail, Reach PLC, News UK, Condé Nast, Hearst, Independent Media and hundreds more. As we continue to build out our global publishing team to support Linkby’s rapid growth in the US, UK and APAC markets, we’re looking for a commercially-minded and relationship-driven Publisher Partnerships Manager to join our UK team (based in London). Reporting to the Publishing Partnerships Lead - UK, this high-impact role will be responsible for supporting the growth of a top-tier portfolio of premium digital publishers.

Responsibilities:

  • Own and grow relationships with Linkby’s top-tier, highest-grossing UK publishers – acting as their trusted partner and ensuring seamless communication, support, and performance from onboarding to scale.
  • Monitor, analyse, and report on key growth and performance metrics across publisher accounts, providing regular insights to partners and ensuring strong engagement and retention.
  • Confidently pull together and present MBR/QBR decks to external stakeholders.
  • Take a proactive approach to UK and EU publisher growth, keeping visibility across the full publisher ecosystem to uncover opportunities beyond your direct portfolio of publishers.
  • Collaborate with the product and development teams to relay Publisher feedback and help shape future product improvements, features, and platform updates.
  • Work closely with the Publisher data team to analyse market trends and create actionable insights and strategies to enhance campaign effectiveness and revenue growth.
  • Liaise with Customer Success to identify areas to optimise brand budgets and improve campaign outcomes across the board.
  • Identify and support cross-market opportunities by collaborating with global teams to drive incremental revenue and strategic alignment.
  • Represent Linkby at industry events and at conferences as needed, helping to elevate the brand and strengthen key relationships in-market.

Preferred Skills:

  • 4+ years’ experience working in digital publishing (either in content or marketing).
  • A deep understanding of, and passion for, publisher business models and their unique challenges to drive both audience and revenue through content.
  • Excellent existing relationships with publishers in the UK market.
  • Strong analytical skills to monitor publisher performance and identify data trends that will be used both internally and externally.
  • Proven communication and interpersonal skills at a senior level.

Compensation & Benefits:

  • £45-50k Annual Base Salary, based on relevant experience.
