Linkby is a global VC-funded adtech business that connects both established and emerging D2C ecommerce brands with the world’s largest publishers, helping them to work together more profitably and effectively through our suite of products and services. As we continue to expand our UK footprint and product offering, we’re looking for a Group Partnerships Manager to manage a team of talented Partnerships & Growth reps (based in Manchester), lead in client dispute resolution, bridge communications between the leadership and sales team, and maximise their existing brand & agency network to build a pipeline and ultimately drive revenue. This role is open to candidates based within the North of England only.
This is a unique opportunity to work with a global team intent on disrupting the way the world’s most exciting digital media brands monetise their audiences, with a focus on high-quality e-commerce content that sits perfectly alongside publishers’ organic content. An ideal candidate has 5 years+ professional experience relating to digital marketing, advertising, affiliate marketing and/or media relations/PR, as well as experience managing direct reports and an existing network of relevant contacts they can leverage in this role.
Please note that this is a hybrid role and requires one day a week in the Manchester office (mandatory).
Job Description- Manage the Linkby UK - North Hub team, including assisting a team of direct reports with their client requirements and troubleshooting, maintaining their sales pipeline/CRM, conducting performance reviews and ensuring KPIs are achieved.
- Prospect, conduct meetings, and onboard/sell the Linkby platform to key prospective advertisers and agencies.
- Manage and grow team revenue Month on Month and Year on Year in guidance with monthly & yearly targets.
- Maintain an individual pipeline of active clients to hit monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop and lead sales-enabling training/development sessions on an individual & team level.
- Scale the UK market in accordance with agreed-upon targets set by Linkby’s Country Lead & Head of Global Sales.
- Report quarterly on agreed KPIs/revenue targets to your Country Lead & Head of Global Sales.
- Manage customer success initiatives to prevent clients from churning, promote retention, and drive domestic/international expansion.
- Lead the development of broader internal processes to improve efficiency and external initiatives to drive growth further.
- Assist the global sales teams and lead additional sales, administrative and high-level strategic initiatives as they arise.
- Assist in the onboarding and continued training of new starters within the UK team.
- Lead on customer service issues if/when they occur, finding solutions that balance both customer and business needs/interests.
- Attend conferences and actively find networking opportunities to scale up the business and build Linkby’s customer base.
- 5+ Years of experience within the Affiliate Marketing / PR / Media Industry.
- Strong experience managing direct reports and reporting upward to leadership teams.
- Preferred: Experience working with media agencies or affiliate networks, and have existing DTC advertiser relationships within the UK market.
- Experience selling digital marketing, publishing and Adtech products/solutions.
- Affable personality energised by interactions internally with the team, and externally with clients.
- Inherently motivated to lead new initiatives, problem-solving challenges, and identify existing opportunities to optimise/improve.
- Proficient Written & Verbal Communication Skills - Everything from leading written cold email outreach to closing deals on video calls or in-person.

- £60k - £65k Annual Base Salary, based on relevant experience.
