Due to internal promotion, we have a vacancy for a Human Resources Advisor. The HR Advisor will focus on managing and supporting HR-related activities, ensuring compliance with employment laws and HR policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing guidance on employee relations
- Implementing HR policies
- Coaching managers
- Providing support to all colleagues
This role also involves fostering a positive work environment and supporting employee development to align with organizational goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) principles and experience in HR Management
- In-depth understanding of HR Policies and Employment Law
- Strong skills in managing Employee Relations, including conflict resolution and employee support
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment
- Relevant qualifications such as a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- CIPD accreditation or progress toward qualification is a plus
- Knowledge of the education or public sector is beneficial
