Link3 Recruitment is working in partnership with a well-established Multi-Academy Trust and a number of mainstream primary schools to recruit confident and adaptable PPA Cover Teachers for short- and long-term supply roles starting after February half term. This role is ideal for teachers who enjoy variety and are confident delivering high-quality lessons across multiple year groups, ensuring continuity of learning during PPA cover.
The Role
- Deliver high-quality, pre-planned lessons across different year groups
- Confidently move between classes and adapt to varying learning needs
- Ensure pupils achieve the intended learning objectives for each lesson
- Maintain positive behaviour and a productive learning environment
- Follow school policies and procedures consistently
- Provide feedback to class teachers on pupil engagement and progress
- Build positive relationships with pupils and staff
- Uphold safeguarding and child protection policies at all times
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
