Link 3 Recruitment are seeking a committed and experienced Year 3 Teacher to join a vibrant, welcoming 3-form entry primary school from February until the end of the academic year, covering maternity leave. This school serves a richly diverse community with high EAL needs, and is proud of their inclusive ethos, strong team culture, and high expectations for all learners.
Role
- Full responsibility for a Year 3 class
- Planning, preparation and assessment in line with the national curriculum
- Adapting teaching to meet the needs of pupils with English as an Additional Language
- Working collaboratively within a large, supportive year group team
Ideal Candidate
- Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Has previous teaching experience in KS2 (Year 3 experience desirable)
- Confident planning and delivering high-quality lessons independently
- Demonstrates strong behaviour management and inclusive classroom practice
- Passionate about supporting pupils from diverse linguistic and cultural backgrounds
Please note: This role is not suitable for ECTs.
