day-to-day, short-term and/or long-term basis.
The Role:
Key Stages 3 and 4
- Maintain a positive and productive classroom environment
- Support pupils to stay on task and engaged in their learning
- Adapt confidently to different schools, subjects, and year groups
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience working within secondary schools
- Strong classroom and behaviour management skills
- subject specialism
- or confidence to
- cover a range of subject
- A professional, flexible, and proactive approach
- Passion for supporting young people and education
- Minimum GCSE qualifications for roles below Cover Supervisor level
