The Role – EYFS / Reception Supply Teacher:
We are seeking
Qualified Teachers (QTS essential) with a background in EYFS/Reception, who can inspire and support young learners through a
play-based, structured, and phonics-led approach.

The Ideal Candidate Will:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with relevant EYFS teaching experience
- Phonics training and delivery experience (e.g. Letters and Sounds, Read Write Inc., Jolly Phonics or equivalent)
- Be confident planning and delivering engaging phonics sessions that support early reading and literacy development
- Show deep knowledge of the EYFS curriculum and child development, classroom and behaviour management strategies suited to early years
- Be nurturing, calm, and patient, with a strong commitment to inclusive education
- Build strong, supportive relationships with children, families, and school teams
