Link Xperts is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ecosystem.

Compensation: £80k to £110k base + double OTE (UK-based candidates only, sponsorship not offered).

About the Opportunity: We are currently partnered with several leading Microsoft Partners across the UK who are expanding their D365 and Power Platform sales teams. They are seeking experienced Business Development Managers who can drive new client acquisition, build strategic relationships, and deliver measurable growth across the Microsoft Business Applications ecosystem.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Drive New Business Growth: Identify, qualify and close new opportunities across D365 and Power Platform solutions. Develop and execute go‐to‐market strategies that align with each Partner's growth objectives. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to negotiation and contract signature.
  • Build Strategic Relationships: Engage with senior stakeholders, from C‐suite executives to IT and operational leads. Collaborate with marketing, pre‐sales and delivery teams to create compelling value propositions and solution offerings. Represent the organization at key Microsoft and industry events to build brand presence and generate pipeline.
  • Deliver Consistent Results: Maintain accurate forecasting, reporting and CRM management. Achieve and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets. Contribute to long‐term account development and partnership success.

What We're Looking For: Proven success selling D365 or Power Platform solutions within a Microsoft Partner or similar technology environment. Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and consultative selling approaches. Commercially astute, self‐motivated and confident engaging with senior decision‐makers.
