About the Opportunities
We are engaged with multiple Microsoft Partners across the UK who are growing their Dynamics 365 Business Central teams. They are hiring Lead Functional Consultants and Technical Consultants to play key roles in delivering end-to-end Business Central projects. These consultancies focus on simplifying digital transformation, delivering smart, tailored Business Central solutions that empower clients across finance, supply chain, projects, services, manufacturing, and retail.
What you will be doing depending on role:
Lead the client journey
You will run discovery workshops with finance, supply chain, and operations stakeholders. You will translate business processes into functional designs and delivery roadmaps. You will manage communication, governance, and PMO updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Design and deliver Business Central solutions
You will configure and optimise Business Central functionality across Finance such as General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Cash Management. You will also work across Supply Chain and Warehousing, Projects and Jobs, Service Management, or Manufacturing depending on client requirements. You will collaborate with technical teams on integrations, extensions, and optimisation. You will ensure that solutions align with compliance, licensing, data, and governance standards.
Work with leading ISVs
You will bring experience of working with commonly used ISVs in the BC ecosystem such as LS Central for retail and hospitality, Continia for expense management and document capture, Jet Reports for reporting and analytics, and Tasklet for mobile warehousing. Experience with other AppSource add-ons is also valuable.
Enable adoption and deliver value
You will build and deliver solution demonstrations, proof of concepts, and workshops. You will lead user acceptance testing, training, go-live, and handover. You will deliver measurable outcomes that drive long-term client success.
