Senior Project Manager – BESS 🔋

Location: UK-based (travel required across UK/EU)

About the Role

We’re looking for a driven Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of grid-scale BESS projects across the UK and Europe. You’ll take full ownership of planning, execution, and commissioning phases – working closely with engineering, supply chain, and field delivery teams to ensure safe, timely, and successful project outcomes.

What You’ll Do

• Lead full project lifecycle for BESS installations – from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover
• Coordinate contractors, grid operators, and internal teams to keep timelines and deliverables on track
• Ensure all works meet HSE and quality standards, with full compliance across the board
• Own project documentation, scheduling, cost tracking, and reporting
• Identify and resolve risks before they impact delivery
• Support client relationships, acting as a key point of contact throughout project delivery

What You Bring

• Proven experience managing BESS projects.
• Strong understanding of grid connections, HV/LV systems, and commissioning processes
• Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
• Confident communicator across technical and commercial teams
• Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
• Engineering or construction-related degree preferred
