An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to develop and nurture a beautiful residential home for children and young people. We are looking for someone who knows how to make a house a home. This opportunity will see you lead and inspire your own team and with your guidance, the team will ensure that the children living within the home have outstanding care, great role models and a safe place to call home.
You will be joining an amazing organisation who provides beautiful, safe and secure homes for children and young people aged 8-18 with backgrounds of emotional behavioural difficulties. The home offers long term placements where children and young people receive a high level of nurturing and therapeutic care. Children and young people are supported to attend school and activities and are instilled with confidence and life skills, aiming for the best possible outcomes for children and young people.
