We’re looking for an experienced and driven Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing industrial division. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing desk, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our presence across the industrial sector.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
- Source, screen, and place high-quality candidates for a range of roles
- Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
- Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
- Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success

- Proven experience in recruitment, ideally within the industrial or blue-collar sector
- Strong track record in billing and business development
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
