We are looking for an experienced and driven Business Development/Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our growing industrial division. This is an opportunity to take ownership of a high-performing desk, build strong client relationships, and play a key role in expanding our presence across the industrial sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development through to placement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients across manufacturing, logistics, and industrial sectors
  • Develop new business opportunities and grow existing accounts
  • Meet and exceed revenue targets and KPIs
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to team success
