6G TIG Welder Dayshift 7.54am-4.30 Mon to Thu 7.54am-1.30 Friday The daily duties will include (but are not limited to): * Coded welding * 6G Welding position ideally (2G considered) * Welding of stainless and carbon steel tubes (Butt Welds and fillets) and plates * Positional welding on pressure vessels, pressure parts and superheater pipework * Most welds to be X ray pass as well as MPI/DPI The Ideal Candidate: * Ideally have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience * Be confident with 6G or 2G TIG welding * Previous qualifications/coding’s an advantage * Weld trade test will be required which will be x-rayed * Will be able for his butt welds to pass X-ray. DPI and MPI Rate of pay £16.50 to start after coding (two weeks or so) Usual overtime rates will apply and 13 week temp to perm preferred
