Role Overview:

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing top talent to placing candidates with our clients. You will work closely with both businesses and job seekers, acting as a key liaison to ensure successful matches. This is a target-driven role that offers excellent opportunities for career development and uncapped commission.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients, while proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Candidate Sourcing : Identify, screen, and interview high-quality candidates using a variety of platforms, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the full recruitment cycle, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, presenting suitable candidates to clients, and coordinating interviews.
  • Market Research : Stay up to date with market trends, salary benchmarks, and the latest recruitment best practices within your sector.
  • Networking : Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to expand your client and candidate base.
  • Sales & Business Development : Cold-calling potential clients, pitching recruitment services, and negotiating terms of business to win new accounts.
  • Consultative Approach : Provide consultative advice to both clients and candidates on the job market, hiring trends, and career development.
  • Meet Targets : Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets through successful placements and client wins.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Experience : Previous experience in recruitment or sales, preferably within a fast-paced environment.
  • Communication : Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage clients and candidates confidently.
  • Negotiation : Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close deals effectively.
  • Resilience : Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and handle rejections with a positive attitude.
  • Self-Motivation : Highly driven and self-motivated, with a desire to exceed targets and earn significant commission.
