An award-winning Car Dealership in the Romford area is looking for a Service Manager to join their team. The ideal Service Manager will provide and maintain excellent customer service and be a motivator and leader to the team.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate a staff to provide quality service to all customers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the key liaison to sales and management to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
  • Motivate workshop of 6 Technicians to maximize efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in a Service Manager or Senior Service role within the Motor Industry essential.
