The Webcast Producer will be based on a hybrid basis from our stunning office in central London, so you’ll need to be within a commutable distance to allow you to be in the office each week. Please note that a high degree of flexibility is required for the role due to client events sometimes being run outside of regular office hours. The role is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.
The role holder will assist with building and maintaining webcast players and creating archive webcasts, and will support the delivery of live and on-demand content and corporate video productions, operating webcast equipment onsite. - Good knowledge of HTML and CSS, with hands‑on experience of streaming software and AV, including cameras and mics

- Exceptional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact and manage internal and external stakeholders at all levels
- Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to keep calm in ever‑changing, pressurised situations whilst building relationships with clients and colleagues
- Demonstrable experience of organising conference calls, events and transcripts
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi‑task and deliver objectives successfully within tight timescales
- The drive, desire and self‑motivation to do a great job as part of a team
- Great working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud experience
- A strong team player with the ability to work independently when required and generate solutions to problems
- Assist the Head of Events and Webcasting with the development of live and archive webcast events using a variety of vendors, delivered from the client website and the MUFG Corporate Markets webcast platform
- Provide support with live event management and monitoring, whilst liaising with external clients
- Organise and schedule third‑party suppliers, technicians and venues
- Assist with the production and direction of video projects and remote recordings, including corporate interviews and videos, animations and product launches
- Deliver error‑free pre, live and post‑live services to our clients both inside and outside of regular business hours
- Assist with the management of simultaneous and standalone event conference calls and keep accurate information regarding all events
- Interact on a daily basis with external venues, event staff, AV providers, project stakeholders, conference call and transcription providers, IT and systems support personnel
