Location: This post is based at Link’s Edinburgh office. However, hybrid working is available with this role.

Hours of Work: 35 per week (Monday to Friday)

In this role, you’ll be a vital member of our Finance team. Key actions include managing purchase ledger, reconciling bank accounts, and providing support for Scottish Government Shared Equity Schemes. You’ll ensure that Shared Equity documentation is complete for grant payments, post transactions to the purchase ledger, and handle internet banking payments efficiently.

Educated to standard grade level or equivalent (including English and Maths), you will have experience of purchase ledger and knowledge of financial systems software. The postholder will have relevant experience of providing administrative support and have knowledge of and commitment to providing excellent customer service. You will have proven basic accounting experience and a high standard of IT literacy and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office systems.
