Overview:
The fixed term Administrator, Share Plan Events, will join the Events team within Operations, who have responsibility for implementing share plan events that are client or participant facing, ensuring data is accurate, communications to participants are sent on time and that events are managed according to scheduled timetables.
The role holder will manage client facing events, ensuring they are delivered on time. The events include onboarding new clients that span SIP, SAYE or Discretionary based share plans, share grants and vests, free share awards and corporate actions on share plans. There will be a need to conform to all regulatory obligations, including but not limited to the FCA CASS rulebook and the SMCR regime.
Please note: This role is a 12month fixed term contract based on a hybrid basis from our city centre office in Leeds.

What you need:

Day to Day, you will:
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients, providing them with help and guidance when required
• Assist with and organise daily operational activity to ensure it is completed accurately and within a timely manner in line with scheme or plan rules, showing an awareness of regulatory requirements and any applicable terms and conditions
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with clients
• Create and manage timetables for all major Share Plan events, such as grants, awards, vests, maturities and expiry of options
• Escalate any client concerns and ensure they are resolved swiftly with a positive outcome
• Create and send shareholder or employee documentation relating to events
• Collate and validate elections from participants
• Create trade spreadsheets by using Excel formulas and instructions to Brokers
• Update internal systems and input data as required
• Maintain transaction reporting and trade order capturing
• Ensure compliance with any regulatory or statutory requirements, industry codes and practices
• Ensure adherence to MURG Pension & Market Services information security policies, in addition to all other core policies and standards
• Review local procedures to ensure that continuous improvements are achieved, risk minimised, changing business/industry trends followed
