Overview
Responsible for dealing with all aspects of processing and reporting, primarily validating and processing shareholder documents and the provision of analysis information for client companies and/or advisers as required.
Key Accountabilities And Main Responsibilities
- Ensure that all tasks are carried out by the required deadline, whether it be processing documents on a last day or, ensuring that entitlements are posted on the due date.
- Escalate problems to supervisor or manager in a timely manner.
- Ensure that personal targets are completed within the set timescales.
- Collate and validate documents upon receipt, including where applicable balancing payments received and to record items clearly in the relevant control logs.
- Regularly monitor CREST message instructions.
- Ensure that all work is processed in a timely manner bearing in mind the published timetable for each event.
- Complete all checking to a high accurate standard with the objective of minimising errors.
- Maintain a pro‑active approach to training in order to meet personal training objectives.
- Reviewing department processes and procedures and suggesting improvements.
- Utilise PC applications to prepare daily management information reports.
- Undertake other routine duties allocated by the Supervisor or Manager.

- Support other staff within the department in completion of their daily tasks

- Ensure that all tasks are completed in accordance with current procedures and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrate an understanding and commitment to the principles of Treating Customers Fairly, in accordance with MUFGs TCF Policy.

- Previous experience in a similar operational supervisory/management role would be advantageous
- Creative Cushon experience preferred but not essential
