Plumber
Location: This post will be based at Link’s Falkirk office, with travel required across various sites.
Hours of Work: 39 per week, Monday to Friday.
The Role
At Link, people are at the heart of everything we do. Our award‑winning social enterprise has grown because of a dedicated workforce, and we want our people to reach their full potential. An experienced Plumber is needed for C~urb’s Planned Maintenance Bathroom team.
As a Plumber, you will be based in and work on our stock throughout Scotland, carrying out all plumbing works in tenanted and empty properties. All work will meet statutory, regulatory, and technical standards, customer expectations, and organisational procedures.
Applicants should be experienced time‑served plumbers who demonstrate high professional standards, especially in quality and customer service.
About You
You will hold an NVQ/City & Guilds in Plumbing or an equivalent qualification. Proven experience in a similar role is essential, and you should have sound technical knowledge of domestic plumbing systems, fault diagnosis, and rectification. You should also have a sound knowledge of health and safety requirements and the legislation that affects the method of work and customer needs. Knowledge of traditional and non‑traditional construction methods, materials, and installations is required. A current UK driving licence is essential.
