Link-Force Ltd is looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to lead and grow our white collar construction desk, placing quantity surveyors, project managers, engineers and design professionals into some of the UK’s leading construction and contracting businesses.
We are an established construction recruitment business with a strong reputation for supplying quality professionals to projects across the UK. This is an opportunity for a proven biller who wants to take ownership of a desk, build on an existing client base, and be rewarded properly for the results they deliver.
The Role
You’ll manage the full 360 recruitment cycle on your desk, working closely with clients and candidates to deliver a professional, high-value recruitment service.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process for white collar construction roles, from initial brief through to placement
- Business development – winning new clients and growing existing accounts
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with construction and contracting businesses across the UK
- Sourcing, screening and interviewing candidates for technical and professional roles
- Negotiating terms of business, fees and offers
- Managing a pipeline of live vacancies and candidates, prioritising effectively
- Mentoring and supporting junior consultants and resourcers where required
- Keeping accurate records on our recruitment system
- Staying close to market trends, salary benchmarks and competitor activity in the construction sector
What We’re Looking For
You’ll need a strong track record in recruitment, ideally with at least 3+ years’ experience and a proven billing history.
Previous construction recruitment experience is essential, ideally within white collar/professional services roles such as quantity surveying, project management, engineering or design.

What We Offer
- £40,000–£45,000 basic salary, depending on experience
