You will be utilising surveying equipment and interpreting technical drawings, therefore excellent technical ability and attention to detail are essential.
- Proven experience as a Setting Out Engineer within a construction or engineering environment
- Strong technical ability in using surveying equipment such as total stations and GPS devices
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical plans accurately
- Attention to detail and strong organisational skills to manage measurement and verification tasks
- Good understanding of setting out procedures for foundations and structural elements
- Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with site teams and project managers
