Link-Force Ltd is currently seeking a diligent Traffic Marshall / Labour for a reputable residential construction company based in Berkshire. In this role, you will be responsible for managing vehicle movements on site to ensure safety and smooth operations, assisting with general labour duties as needed, and maintaining site security. You will play a crucial role in coordinating delivery vehicles and providing clear signage and guidance to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

The successful candidate will work closely with site management to facilitate efficient site logistics, contributing to a safe and organised working environment.

  • Previous experience as a Banksman or Traffic Marshall on construction sites CAT & Genie ticket preferred
  • Knowledge of site safety procedures and traffic management protocols
  • Good communication skills and the ability to follow instructions clearly
  • Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
  • Flexibility to work adaptable hours as required
  • Own high-visibility clothing and PPE is desirable
