Job role: Contracts manager Location: Field based Job Overview We are seeking a organised Contracts Manager. This is a field-based role, involving regular travel to construction and project sites to oversee contracts, manage teams, monitor progress, and ensure work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. Duties * Draft, review, negotiate, and finalize a wide range of contracts including procurement agreements, service contracts, and partnership arrangements. * Ensure all contracts comply with legal standards, company policies, and industry regulations. * Collaborate closely with legal teams to address contractual risks and resolve disputes effectively. * Maintain meticulous records of all contractual documents and monitor key deadlines such as renewals or performance milestones. * Facilitate communication between stakeholders to ensure mutual understanding of contractual obligations and deliverables. * Regularly visit sites to monitor progress and ensure works are being carried out correctly We are looking for someone who is hands-on, commercially aware, organised, and confident managing projects in the field.
