- Previous experience as a Loading Shovel operator on construction sites
- Valid CPCS card is essential
- Medical clearance is preferred
- Ability to operate Loading Shovels efficiently and safely
- Good understanding of site safety protocols
- Reliable and punctual with good team communication skills
