You will collaborate with the Head of HR and partner with Compliance, Quality Assurance and Customer Experience teams.
You’ll design and deliver sessions on Consumer Duty, FCA Conduct Rules, vulnerable customers and complaints handling, maintain records, and report themes to leadership.
