We are looking for a Service Engineer/Technician responsible for the activities related to Field Service (Repair, Software Support, Calibration and Preventive Maintenance), Parts (Sales and Repair) and Equipment Commissioning for our customers based in Europe.
ACTIVITY- Independent commissioning, maintenance and calibration of brake testers and other test bench systems
- Fault analyses and repairs of all LINK systems and devices
- Support in the further development of our products through experience reports to product and service management
- Technician/master craftsman, engineering degree specialising in electrical engineering/mechatronics/mechanical engineering
- Power electronics technician with relevant professional experience in the service environment is also welcome
- Several years of experience in a comparable position, ideally knowledge in the field of brakes
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent in English
- Customer and service-orientated appearance and corresponding work attitude
- High level of stress resistance
- Strong willingness to cooperate and ability to work in a team
- Willingness to travel, mainly Europe
