We are currently recruiting experienced and confident HLTAs to work across a variety of primary schools in the Bromley area. This is a great opportunity for those looking to take on more responsibility in the classroom, support pupils across the key stages, and occasionally lead lessons in the absence of a teacher. The Role:
- Supporting teachers across EYFS, KS1 and KS2
- Leading small group interventions and booster sessions
- Covering lessons when required (with plans provided)
- Helping to manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
- Working closely with SEN and pastoral teams as needed
