About the Role

As our new SEND Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality, personalised learning to pupils with a range of SEND needs, including ASD, speech and language needs, and social, emotional and mental health challenges.
  • Work closely with our SENCO, support staff and outside agencies to create meaningful, structured learning experiences.
  • Use adaptive teaching strategies and a nurturing approach to help each child thrive both academically and emotionally.
  • Contribute to a positive, caring school culture where every pupil feels safe, valued, and supported.

About You

We are seeking someone who:

  • Is a qualified teacher (ECTs with SEND experience are welcome to apply).
  • Has experience of working with children with SEND, either in a mainstream or specialist setting.
  • Understands how to personalise learning effectively and can use assessment to guide progress.
  • Brings enthusiasm, resilience and compassion to the classroom.
  • Works well as part of a collaborative, skilled and supportive team.
