We are currently recruiting enthusiastic and caring Unqualified Nursery Assistants to work in a range of welcoming and supportive nurseries across Bromley and the surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about working with children and looking to start a career in early years education. No qualifications are required — just a positive attitude, reliability, and a genuine love for helping children learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support qualified staff in caring for children aged 0–5 years
  • Assist with play activities, mealtimes, and personal care routines

Requirements

  • No formal childcare qualification required
  • 6 months minimum experience working with children
