We are currently recruiting for Level 3 nursery practitioners to join our team and support local nurseries in and around Snodland. This role involves working within a variety of local nurseries to assist with staff shortages on both day-to-day and longer-term basis. If you are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their lives, we would love to hear from you.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Genuine passion for working with children and enthusiastic about creating a fun, safe, and stimulating environment for children.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written skills are essential.
  • Experience in childcare, previous experience in caring for children is crucial.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Relevant Level 3 (or higher) qualification in Childcare.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience working with children as a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse in a nursery setting.
  • Enhanced DBS check registered on the update service or willingness to apply for a new certificate.
  • Understanding of safeguarding principles in an environment with children.
