The Role:
As a Higher Level Teaching Assistant, you will:
Deliver whole-class teaching to cover teacher release time across KS1 and KS2
Support pupils in accessing learning through effective communication and resource use
Apply strong strategies to improve literacy and numeracy outcomes
Promote positive behaviour in line with school and Trust policies
Requirements:
HLTA qualification (minimum NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
Experience working within a primary school setting
