We are looking to appoint a caring and enthusiastic
SEN 1:1 Teaching Assistant to provide dedicated support for a child with complex Special Educational Needs.
You will help meet the child’s communication, learning, social and sensory needs, enabling them to access the curriculum and achieve their full potential.
The Successful Candidate Will
- Have experience working with children with additional needs.
- Build positive, caring relationships with children.
- Support learning, communication and social development.
- Work effectively as part of a team and use their own initiative.
- Have good literacy and numeracy skills.
- Be willing to assist with intimate care.
- Be proactive, flexible and committed to inclusion.
A qualification or additional training in Special Educational Needs is desirable.
