About the Role

We are currently seeking passionate and dedicated Nursery Practitioners (Unqualified/Level 2/Level 3) to work in a variety of nurseries across Shepherd's Bush and the surrounding areas. This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced childcare professionals looking for flexible work through a supportive agency, or for those seeking their next permanent placement in a high-quality nursery setting. Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality care and learning experiences in line with the EYFS framework
  • Plan and engage in fun, educational activities that promote child development
  • Maintain a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment
  • Observe, assess, and record children’s progress
  • Work effectively as part of a team and communicate well with parents and carers
  • Follow safeguarding, health, and safety procedures at all times

Requirements

  • Relevant Early Years Qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare / Previous experience in a nursery or early years setting
  • A genuine passion for working with children
  • Strong understanding of the EYFS
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
  • An enhanced DBS check on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
