What you’ll bring to the table:
- We are seeking a someone that's not just a Ground Worker but someone that can do basics in other trades as the role is a multi trade role, completing various types of jobs.
- Open to travel, including occasional overnight stays.
- Holding relevant certifications such as CSCS and CPCS.
- A strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow all HSQE protocols as our company values safety above all else.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
- A flexible, proactive and customer-focused approach to your work.
- A full UK driving licence, as driving for work is a significant part of the role.
- A minimum on-call commitment of one week in every four.
In return, you’ll receive:
- A salary package that reflects your skills and experience, within a range of £14.11 to £14.67 per hour.
- 40 Hour per week contract
- A on-call Standby payment of £75.00 - Any callouts received paid door to door at overtime rate
