Join the Award Winning Team at Link Contracting Services Ltd – a family‑run maintenance, planned work, M&E and compliance provider.
We are looking to recruit an experienced and enthusiastic Painter & decorator. You will be responsible for liaising directly with clients and their employees, completing reactive maintenance and planned work tasks to the highest standard for our clients in the local authority, educational, retail and private sectors. With your excellent customer service skills and attention to detail, you will be the face of our company, ensuring that every client is satisfied with our work.
What you’ll bring to the table:
- Experience in the FM, retail or public building sectors is highly desirable.
- A NVQ qualification in Painting & Decorating.
- A strong commitment to safety and the ability to follow all HSQE protocols as we value safety above all else.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong relationships with clients.
- A flexible, proactive and customer‑focused approach to your work.
- A full UK driving licence, as driving for work is a significant part of the role.
- A minimum on‑call commitment of one week in every four.
