Primary Responsibilities
- Conduct site set-out work using engineers’ drawings, site surveys, and producing as-built drawings
- Analyse and interpret technical drawings for site layouts, material measurements, and project specifications
- Oversee subcontractors and the on-site workforce to ensure smooth operations
- Develop and implement efficient work plans to meet project timelines
- Communicate effectively with client representatives and Design Team members as needed
- Maintain strict adherence to health and safety regulations at all times
- Uphold high-quality standards in all construction activities
- Track and manage materials on-site, ensuring accurate records are maintained
- Prepare detailed site reports and maintain comprehensive documentation
Candidate Requirements
- Relevant degree or equivalent qualification in civil engineering.
- Proficient in IT and construction-related software
- At least 2 years of on-site experience (experience level may vary by role)
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Proactive approach with a focus on safety, quality, and meeting deadlines
- Team-oriented with strong organisational skills
- Valid full UK driving licence
