To effectively and efficiently undertake the daily planning duties, programme management and administration of all planning aspects of the project to achieve the stated project and business objectives on one or concurrent projects.
Key responsibilities include:
- Advise and assist Project Managers and Engineers in the control of projects.
- Lead with planning, production control, programming and progress reporting.
- Find the most cost-effective way to deliver the project at the planning stage.
- Ensure that all contracts are planned in accordance with the set guidelines outlined within the Operating Framework.
- Maintain the appropriate Asta Powerproject programmes.
Qualifications: HNC / Degree in Building Services, Construction Management or similar is desired, coupled with a minimum of 5 years plus planning experience across various different construction sectors.
