Role Overview
Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of void property refurbishment projects, ensuring empty homes are inspected, refurbished, and handed back to a lettable standard on time, safely, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee void refurbishment projects from inspection to completion.
- Produce scopes of work and project programmes.
- Coordinate internal trades and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
- Manage budgets, variations, and cost reporting.
- Carry out quality checks and final sign‑off inspections.
- Communicate with housing teams, asset managers, and other stakeholders.
Skills & Experience
- Experience managing voids or residential refurbishment projects.
- Strong construction and building regulation knowledge.
- Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
- Confident managing contractors and internal teams.
- Good communication and IT skills.
- Full UK driving licence.
