Role Overview

Manage the end‑to‑end delivery of void property refurbishment projects, ensuring empty homes are inspected, refurbished, and handed back to a lettable standard on time, safely, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee void refurbishment projects from inspection to completion.
• Produce scopes of work and project programmes.
• Coordinate internal trades and subcontractors.
• Monitor site progress, quality, and compliance with regulations.
• Manage budgets, variations, and cost reporting.
• Carry out quality checks and final sign‑off inspections.
• Communicate with housing teams, asset managers, and other stakeholders.

Skills & Experience

• Experience managing voids or residential refurbishment projects.
• Strong construction and building regulation knowledge.
• Excellent organisation and multitasking abilities.
• Confident managing contractors and internal teams.
• Good communication and IT skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
