Manage retrofit and decarbonisation projects on refurbished residential properties, delivering energy‑efficiency upgrades, carbon‑reduction measures, and compliance‑driven improvements safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead retrofit works including insulation, heating upgrades, ventilation, and renewable technologies.
- Carry out property assessments and create scopes of work aligned with PAS 2035.
- Coordinate internal teams, retrofit specialists, and subcontractors.
- Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and compliance.
