Link Consultants are working with a leading Tier one contractor based in London. They are looking to recruit a Mechanical Project Manager to work on a number of Commercial Fit Out projects in London. The contractor is a market leader providing all mechanical and electrical installations across numerous work sectors including commercial fit out, banking, data centres, education, government buildings, residential infrastructure, retail, and pharmaceutical laboratories.
As a Mechanical Project Manager you will be in charge of planning, executing, and delivering mechanical projects on time, in accordance with specifications, and to their customers’ expectations.
Skills and Requirements:
- Mechanical Building Services qualifications (advised but not required)
- Experience in Commercial fit out and data centres
- A good communicator at all levels
- SMSTS and CSCS accreditation
- Demonstrable ability to analyse drawings and specifications
- Methodical and thorough
- Self-motivated
- Drive and determination to progress their career
- Some CAD experience, but not essential
- First Aid
