We are a well-established brickwork sub-contractor based in Norwich, delivering masonry work to a range of clients across residential and commercial projects. We’re seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help drive the business commercially.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparing and managing project valuations and cost reports
  • Measuring and pricing brickwork packages from drawings and specifications
  • Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers
  • Liaising with site teams to monitor progress and variations
  • Producing interim valuations and final accounts
  • Ensuring all work complies with contractual and legal requirements
