We are a well-established brickwork sub-contractor based in Norwich, delivering masonry work to a range of clients across residential and commercial projects. We’re seeking a dedicated Quantity Surveyor to join our team and help drive the business commercially.
Key Responsibilities- Preparing and managing project valuations and cost reports
- Measuring and pricing brickwork packages from drawings and specifications
- Procuring and managing subcontractors and suppliers
- Liaising with site teams to monitor progress and variations
- Producing interim valuations and final accounts
- Ensuring all work complies with contractual and legal requirements
- Previous experience as a Quantity Surveyor
- Strong understanding of construction contracts and cost control
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g. Excel, take off software)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management
