A rapidly growing global business services organization is seeking an experienced Vice President of Sales to lead and scale a high-performing outside sales team. This executive-level role is responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and building strategic client relationships across North America and international markets. The ideal candidate is a hands-on sales leader with a strong track record of exceeding targets, developing winning sales strategies, and leading high-performance teams within BPO, staffing, outsourcing, or related industries.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing outside sales organization
- Build and execute strategic sales plans focused on revenue growth and market expansion
- Drive performance accountability through KPI management and forecasting
- Personally support the closing of complex, high-value opportunities
- Partner cross-functionally with operations, recruiting, and leadership teams to strengthen go-to-market execution
- Recruit, coach, and retain top sales talent
